Strength Coach
Job Description: Join the PHP team where you will be utilizing the PHP training method to train and develop clients to support their efforts to achieve their goals. Under general direction, you will implement, conduct, and monitor strength and conditioning programs, rehabilitation of injured athletes and management of the facility.

Required skills: Experience coaching athletes and non-athletes with demonstrated enthusiasm for continued learning and commitment to strength and conditioning.

Internship program
Job Description: As a member of the staff, you provide support to our clients and coaches. Under direction, you will learn how to implement, conduct, and monitor strength and conditioning programs utilizing PHP training methods.
Date: May 1 to September 1 for off-season; College semesters for credit
Full-time potential: Yes
Required skills: Candidate must be an active college student with the desire to break into the elite athlete training industry. Previous work with athletes is desired.

mentorship Coach Program
Description: You will have the opportunity to learn directly from Ben Prentiss. This is a self-directed learning experience that will give you the opportunity to observe, interact and engage with our coaches and world-class athletes. Learn more about the PHP quadcurrent system for off-season training of athletes and various technologies in a real gym setting.
Date: Limited availability offered May-August, only 1 mentee per week. Bookings are for Monday – Friday, reserved on a first come, first served basis.
Cost: There will be a deposit required to reserve your time.
